Shawn Bergey joined PCC as an Equipment Technician in 2020 and in 2021 took over as the Equipment Manager. Prior to working at PCC, he worked his way through the ranks, beginning at Lulu Country Club from 1996 to 2012. During this time, Shawn also attended Rutgers University, completing a 2-year Professional Turf Management Degree. From 2012 to 2015, he worked at Llanerch Country Club as Assistant Superintendent before becoming the Equipment/Shop Manager at Llanerch C.C. until 2019. He enjoys working with the latest technologies in turf management here at PCC. In his spare time, Shawn enjoys spending time with his family and friends, side projects at home, watching the Philadelphia Eagles, and fishing.
