Tim joined the PCC team in the summer of 2019. He came to us from The Germantown Cricket Club where he was the Maintenance Director for five years. Prior to Germantown, he worked for KRF Management in University City where he oversaw the maintenance and upkeep of thirteen apartment buildings. He has vast experience as a roofer, carpenter, plumber, and electrician. In fact, he installed the rooves on many homes here in Chestnut Hill.
Tim is a native of Roxborough and is passionate about the local history. He spent much of his childhood “back the crick” exploring the Wissahickon. He married his high school sweetheart in 1996. Tim and his wife Anissa have two children and currently reside in Cheltenham.
Tim is described by those who know him as an obsessive hobbyist. The list is long but includes playing the drums, drawing, home brewing, building furniture and audio engineering.
