Rich joined The Philadelphia Cricket Club from US Squash, the U.S.O.C.-recognized national governing body for the sport of squash, where he had spent six years developing and managing a highly-regarded U.S. National Team program while coordinating the country’s coaching and officiating certification modules. Among his skills and experiences as Senior Director of National Teams & Certifications, Rich brings a unique ability to design and manage new, innovative programs while getting the very best out of his athletes, coaches and co-workers, making him an ideal fit for the Director of Squash role at PCC.
Rich received his Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from his hometown university, Leeds Beckett University in England. Upon graduation in 2009, Rich moved to the United States where he coached in Greenwich, CT before beginning at US Squash in 2013.
Rich is married to his wife Lauren and they have a young daughter Greyson.
