I am an avid outdoorsman with a special joy for backpacking and hiking. I enjoy spending my downtime with my partner and 2 dogs. I am a recent graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with a strong passion to further myself through culinary arts. My favorite part of working at PCC is the dedicated and caring environment we facilitate to further serve our members.
