Meghan was born and raised in Philadelphia and currently lives in the Abington area. She graduated from Central High School (265), earned her bachelor’s degree from Penn State and is currently attending Temple University’s Fox School of Business for her Master’s in Human Resource Management. She has over 18 years of experience working in the hospitality industry, with the last 10 centered in healthcare. Meghan is employee-focused and believes that creating a great work environment is key in driving the success of any business. She thinks long-term and is dedicated to helping employees accomplish both their professional and personal goals. Meghan’s target as the Director of People and Culture is aimed at playing a supporting role for all team members to help make their time spent with PCC to be the best of their career!
