Linda Cozzi

Linda Cozzi has been the Chief Finance Officer at The Philadelphia Cricket Club since March 2012. Linda started in her position by implementing more effective procedures and policies to improve the organization’s finances, and her department now produces financial results in a third of the time and with far greater accuracy. Other processes, such as billing and annual audit activities, have seen similar improvements in timeliness and quality. Linda has been in the Philadelphia Titan 100 in 2022 and 2023, and, in 2024, was named Sports & Leisure CFO of the Year.

In October 2018, Linda added the role of St. Martins General Manager as part of the Club’s Employee Executive Committee. Linda is also an advocate for women’s concerns in leadership and the workplace. As a mentor, Linda provides personalized feedback, including offering meaningful challenges to promote individual growth outside of one’s comfort zone. In recognition of her leadership, Linda was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Pennsylvania in 2024.

At PCC, Linda is known for her open door and active mentorship and protection of the Club’s employees. Linda’s passion for an employee-centric culture at the Club have prompted such initiatives as staff Spanish and English classes, enriched benefits, recognition programs, equitable pay structures, and clear paths for internal and external career advancement.

Linda holds board positions at the Philadelphia and Vicinity Club Management Association and chairs the Philadelphia Club Foundation, which provides scholarships for education of students and Club Managers.

Linda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is proud of her southern education and heritage, which comes in handy at PCC as Linda is the employee liaison to the Club’s Trapshooting community.

Outside of her professional life, Linda enjoys living in Ambler, discovering great wine, pursuing a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and spending time with her family, including her husband Bryan, son Liam, daughter Kathleen, and lively twin grandsons Landon and Lucas.
