Rebecca grew up in California and joined the Navy at age 17. After spending eight years in the Navy as a Nuclear Mechanic onboard the USS Enterprise and USS Ronald Reagan, Rebecca went to school for a degree in Baking/Pastry and Culinary Management. She then landed a job as Restaurant Manager with Hilton properties. In 2018, Rebecca joined the PCC Food & Beverage team as our Banquets and Catering Manager. On her days off, she is kept busy spending time with her husband, two young children, and their Giant Malamute, Duke.
