Jamaican Born- Miguel Edwards working at PCC Since March 2023 .He most enjoys the unity amongst the staff both front and back of the house . He obtained an Associates of Science degree In Hospitality and Tourism Management (Food and Beverage Concentrate ) Then furthered his studies ,earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management (Tourism Management Concentrate ).when away from PCC Miguel spends his time with his family and his two dogs Luna and Benson and training with his Triathlon Club .
