Cricket is the second most popular sport in the world (after soccer). As its name implies, PCC was started as a club to play cricket, and cricket was played here from PCC’s inception until the 1920s. It was revived about 20 years ago and has enjoyed steady support since.
Cricket is a team sport with 11 players with similarities to baseball. If you want to understand the nuances, check out the “cheat sheet” by clicking HERE. Here at PCC our goal is to have fun. We aim to be competitive but ultimately we want to have a good time. We have a wide range of ages & skillsets, and the more experienced players enjoy coaching those starting out.
