The Club enjoys both a national and international reputation for offering a premier program with outstanding facilities and high member participation Included are twenty-one grass courts, nine fast dry courts, and two all-weather courts. Lights have been added to most of the fast dry courts meeting member demand for play well into the evening. Winter play is also available on the Club’s two indoor courts.
 
Play is very strong with competitive men’s and women’s interclub teams and a top-ranked junior tennis program. At the same time, many opportunities for social tennis at all levels exist, including evening round robins throughout the season, drop-in tennis nights and “Play with the Pro” events. A premier tournament, the Junior International ITF/USTA Grass Court Championship, is hosted by the Club annually.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA Members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, August 13, 2013 12:00 Midnight Eastern Time
The projected seeds are scheduled to be posted on Thursday, August 22nd by 2:00 p.m.
Practice Courts will be available starting Friday, August 23rd
The player party/dinner is scheduled for Wednesday, August 28th at 7:00 p.m.

Entry Fee: $85 for the first event and $45 for the second

Dress Code: The Philadelphia Cricket Club requires All-White Attire including hats. Shoes with color are permitted. Grass court shoes are not allowed, only flat soled shoes. The Adidas Feather shoe is not allowed due to the sole design.
